It is not meant to be an ordinary journal to simply record thought. Each month carries a theme of concentration, then every other day you are challenged to reach inside and search the hidden things of the heart, those things that are only known to you and need not be shared with anyone unless you desire it so.1) At the beginning of each month you can enter the year, such as 2014 or 2015. Next you will see the theme to focus on during that month. Set aside some time each day just for you- a time of quiet and without interruption to allow the spirit within you to surface a thought that relates to the focus of that month. Example: Januarys theme is Praise for accepting who I was born to be.2) This journal has been created to give you ample time to discover your truth. Every second day carries a thought for the day or a question. Write down the issue that surfaces in your heart regarding that thought or question in the space provided. Finding answers to some questions may take longer than others so you will have two days to work on each thought.3) Gods promises are seeds for our lives. You will need your bible and/or other spiritual reference source to find a promise that relates to the matter you are dealing with. Record it under Gods word for me in this matter. It will highly likely that you have the same scripture several times throughout the year.4) Then, when you see a definite result in the matter record it in the bottom section, How did this seed grow? You may find it takes days, weeks, or months to see some results so feel free to come back at a later date and record your finding.
